5 Ways to Stay Motivated

When you do as much writing and webwork as I do, it is tough to sometimes stay as motivated as I would like to be. Luckily, I came up with 5 ways to stay motivated during my work at home day. They are easy to implement and maybe they can help you stay motivated as well.

1) Take regular breaks. For every 2 hours of work, force yourself to take a 5 to 10 minute break. Walk around, drink some coke, whatever you want.

2) Try go out for lunch at least once a week and don’t take your work with you.

3) Try working in a library for several hours a week. You may find you get different inspiration doing your work in different places.

4) Take time to spend with your family. Don’t overwork.

5) Have set work hours, don’t work outside of those hours.
