It used to be that you would just offer up a personal congratulations when congratulations were in order. Next, we move to greeting cards to express joy and congratulations. Now it seems as if we have moved on to gifts to say congratulations. I think this might be a nice progression. Now we can make it clear in a very special way the way we feel about others and their very good news. I think I like this development.
