Another Way To Get More Fiber

I do enjoy talking about new and old, but always interesting, food supplements. Today, I rediscovered something called glucomannan. It comes from the Konjac root and is very high in dietary fiber. This means that it can help you meet the requirements of a high fiber diet that many doctors recommend as a pathway to good health in the battle against disease. It’s available in a natural form of the plant or in concentrated pills and capsules.

Better fiber for better health sounds like a good thing to me.
