My appetite goes through cycles where I am hungry, hungry and more hungry and cycles where I am less hungry and more focused. This is the thing that makes dieting harder for me, but a friend suggested that I look better at different appetite suppressants that work.
I don’t know if that is the real solution for me, but I think it does deserve some further investigation, especially since I do a lot of writing about supplements anyways. This could actually be very good for me.
