What an opportunity SocialSpark has given me. They want to know what brands or companies I would like to see advertising in Social Spark. SocialSpark.com has tremendous advertising potential. Between the posting and of course the blog sponsorships, they represent a unique opportunity for advertisers to get their message out on a very cost effective basis.
I’d like to see Feature Films For Families get on board with SocialSpark. They are a family oriented company that produces wholesome films for families. I think a SocialSpark adspend would really complement their current marketing strategies that include telemarketing. I think the goals of Feature Films For Families really mesh with the strategies of SocialSpark.
I see a campaign posivitely affecting Feature Films For Families in two ways. First, they would get direct sales from their adspend. Secondly, they’d get positive information out there on the net about their company. I know it can be tough to get a telephone sales call from someone you don’t know, but imagine the response to a callback when someone could search about them and read posts from posties who have researched about Feature Films For Families and posted about the great wholesome family movies that they found.
I’d also like to see advertising from political candidates make it onto SocialSpark. A lot of us are opionated and involving us in campaign or issue marketing would be fun to say the least. It’d make some of us posties feel like we were contributing to the election itself. Heck, those of us who support our candidates will be doing it anyways, right?
While it’s a not specific advertiser, I’d sure like to see more interaction on SocialSpark with PR firms. SocialSpark was the ability to get a message out across the nation and world in very short order. A company could do a lot in getting information out their causes, products or even press releases and getting that information in the hands of consumers. They could turn a story that is turning sour on its ears.
Now, I guess it’s up to the advertisers, like Feature Films For Families, to adopt this new advertising medium. I think they would love it if they tried it.
