I am looking at finally getting around to a remodeling project for this year’s spring cleaning. I always try to tackle a special project every year and this it looks like me might put in new wood flooring in our dining room. I think it might be a touch of class and should increase the value of the home more than it costs to get it put in. In other words, we can make money by putting in the new flooring. How’s that for a good investment?
