I am reminded often that I didn’t buy my wife a Diamond ring for our engagement. In fact, I never even looked at diamond rings. 7 years on in our marriage, I’ve come to learn that it wasn’t the best decision I could make.
Now that we are doing better financially, my wife is once again asking me to get her a diamond ring and I think I will bite the bullet and get her one for Christmas.
