I am exploring the different types of acne treatments that are available for another project of mine. I find it interesting how many different treatments are available today vs when I was growing up. It seemed like there was just one option available and you’d hope and pray that it would work. Not so these days, they have treatment options like Triclear and others that really help you get your acne cleared up so that you don’t have to be so embarrassed.

I sure wish they had them when I was growing up.

I have talked often about acne before. I think it’s a particularly difficult ailment for teenagers. They are very conscious about their own appearance and having acne and acne scars can be difficult for them to deal with. In fact, it can really hurt their self esteem. That’s why it’s important for parents to be aware of what their child is going through and be there to offer information on different acne treatments.
