Like to sing a long with songs at the bar? Who doesn’t. I enjoy it and no matter where I travel to, I always love sitting back with new and old friends singing along to songs we all know by heart. No matter if it’s a house band or a great piano bar like Howl At The Moon. It’s all about having a good time.

Howl At The Moon is a unique concept and they have locations throughout the US. I remember having a great time at the Howl At The Moon in San Antonio. I think I knew about 4 out of every 5 songs well enough to sing with all of my voice. Of course, in a setting like they have, it’s easy to enjoy yourself and have a great time.

Just thinking about the good times, I wish they had one here in Tacoma or even Seattle so I could take my wife out and have an entertaining evening. But they don’t, but they do in Chicago. In fact, they are quite well known for their bachelorette parties in Chicago. With the party atmosphere, there’s something for everyone.

Maybe we can check them out on our next vacation. My wife loves to sing almost as much as I do so it should be a real blast.

I know about Guitar Hero. It’s hard to avoid hearing about it because it is one of the most popular video games out there for the X Box 360. I don’t have an X Box 360 and I have never played Guitar Hero. Last night I was talking to a friend who has an X Box and also has Guitar Hero. He couldn’t believe that I have never played it.

Guess what I did last night? Yep, you guessed it. I was playing Guitar Hero at my friends house. I am usually kind of a boring person but not this time. This time I had a blast playing the game. It was a chance to really get into a game and get into the moment.

I wonder when my wife will let me go play again?

Everyone likes home videos. Remember how popular America’s Funniest Home Videos was? Now things have been updated for the web and web 2.0. The videos used to be called home videos. I guess they have a new name, user generated videos, since everyone is putting their videos online. It’s fun seeing normal people doing things we find funny or entertaining. I love watching these videos on sites like YawpBox just to see what’s up.

I am rather surprised that we haven’t had a new TV show that highlights the best videos out there, kind of like an AFH for the internet age. Well, now there is. YawpBox gives you the chance to not only have you video on their website, but share it with a nationwide TV audience so everyone can see your video. Lex and Terry have a new TV show filmed in front of a live student audience where they highlight the best videos from YawpBox for showing on their weekly program.

You can take the Lex and Terry Challenge on come up with videos in the topics they have listed. You come up with an entertaining videos and it might be on TV and give you your 15 minutes of fame. You’ll have fun. Me? I am getting out our video camera right now.
