I am sure you are all aware of the movie ratings. You know rated G, PG, PG-13, R, and NC-17. Just about every movie that goes to the movie theaters have a rating. Theaters are very shy to show an unrated movie for obvious reasons. Well, starting on May 9th, Frontier(s) will be shown uncut and unrated in selected movie theaters around the US.
Frontier(s) is a controversial movie. Anytime a movie gets shown unrated in a theater, you know that the movie is going to be over the top. Check out the Frontier(s) Trailer yourself and see how quickly you get scared. I frankly was just about mortified. I can see why it is unrated and if I wanted to be really scared then I would check it out in the movie theater. There is nothing like seeing a horrifying movie in a dark theater, if you want to feel fear. That’s why you like horror flicks, right?
The story revolves around some crooks who just pull off a heist in Paris and decide to make a small hotel their hideout. We all know what happens in small hotels, right? It’s a horror film so you can guess what happens next. Now, make that image as goring and disgusting as you can imagine. The movie is much gorier than that. Get the idea?
If you are too scared to see the movie in a theater, you don’t have to wait long for the DVD release. On May 13th, the DVD is released. If you want to scare your friends, I’d suggest showing it to them ASAP, before they get chance to see it on their own.
