I am doing a lot of watching of carbs lately. I was diagnosed with diabetes. While that has nothing to do with the topic on this blog, it is something personal. It’s of course type 2 diabetes and it will take some getting used to. After having a huge spike in my blood sugar it is now coming down and it’s now the time to make changes in my lifestyle.
I need to diet, I need to exercise, I need to take diabetes pills. It’s like a total change and makeover in my life and my activities. It means eating more fruits and vegetables and a lot less Coca-cola and snickers. I am up to this challenge right now and I know I can succeed.
I don’t know how many postings I will have about my new changes, but I appreciate your support every step of the way.
